how payments work?
2 payment methods will be available based on your preference:
upfront: Pay 50% before the project starts and the remaining 50% after the website is launched.
instalments: If you decide to pay for the price of your website in several instalments, the price of your project will be broken down in 3 monthly instalments with the first payment starting when the project starts.
Why do you advise to opt for a maintenance plan?
From our experience in the professional sector, we are aware that a website especially as your business grows will require updating. That includes fixing bugs your customers may report, updating texts, images, adding functionalities and more.
Having someone who can make those changes and fixes in a short delay can be quite crucial for some businesses.
An important point to note is that without a maintenance plan, you will have to purchase your own domain name and hosting plan.
A typical domain name costs £10 – £20 per year and a typical hosting plan costs £5 – £15 per month.

How long before my website is completed?

Note that the duration of the project may be affected depending on how quick we can get all the necessary content (i.e. text, products) information from you for your website.
What if I need something updated after the website is launched?
If you have opted for a maintenance plan, we will make updates to your website at no cost.
If you have not opted for a maintenance plan, we will make updates to your website for free for 1 week after the website launch. After that, updates will be charged depending on the size of the work needed.
Alternatively, you can also make changes to your website yourself. Nevertheless we advise that the changes you make yourself are only text changes.
